Halmar Infrastructure Development is the sole developer for the first ever P3 transit project awarded by the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), to improve accessibility in 13 subway stations in New York City and achieve ADA compliance. Package 3 was awarded Best P3 Transit Project of 2023.

Halmar ID was established in the USA in 2019 by ASTM S.p.A. and is part of the ASTM group of companies, headquartered in Italy, with the aim of participating in the growing P3 sector in North America. Halmar ID collaborates closely with its sister companies in the United States, Halmar International and Sinelec USA, to establish itself as a major player in the greenfield transportation concessions sector.
