A.N.A. Infrastructure
A.N.A. Infrastructure is a U.S.-based investor specializing in transportation infrastructure projects delivered through Public-Private Partnership (P3) models. Established in 2019 by ASTM S.p.A., the world's second-largest toll road concessionaire managing over 3,000 miles of toll facilities across Italy, Brazil, and the UK, ANA aims to expand its footprint in the rapidly growing P3 market across North America.
Headquartered in New York, ANA strategically collaborates with its affiliated construction firm, Halmar International, and its technology company, Sinelec, to pursue P3 opportunities across the continent. The organization is committed to becoming a leading entity in the sector, having engaged in projects in New York, Maryland, Georgia, Louisiana, and Florida. Notably, ANA is the developer and investor in a pioneering Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) project, which provides critical upgrades and long-term maintenance of elevators in 13 stations across the New York Metropolitan region.

Halmar International
Halmar International, a New York-based civil construction company, has delivered over $10 billion in projects and is counted among the top heavy civil construction companies in the state. Halmar is currently delivering the $1.85 billion MTA Metro-North Railroad Penn Station Access DB Project, the $1.9 billion LIRR Third Track DB project and the $366 million Kew Gardens Interchange in New York, and the $220 million DB WMATA Potomac Yards Station in Alexandria, Virginia.

New York, NY
American Disability Act 13 Stations P3
A.N.A. Infrastructure was the sole developer for the first ever P3 awarded by the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), to improve accessibility in 13 subway stations in New York City. The project consists of the installation of 20 new elevators, the replacement of 14 others, general path-of-travel improvements at 13 stations within the New York City subway networl; and the management and maintenance of the infrastructure for an initial period of 15 years post construction with two potential 5-year extension periods.

Turin, Italy
A55 Turin Ring Road
This is a DBFOM P3 concession with approximately 430,000 vehicles per day with a three lanes-two carriageway- and emergency lane configuration. Recycled durable materials were used to minimize interruption from maintenance and optimize project life cycle.

Sao Paulo, Brazil
Eco Vias
The Eco Vias toll concession in Sao Paulo is part of IGLI concessions and operated under Ecorodovias. This DBFOM P3 concession carries 120,000 vehicles per day across six lanes and seven toll plazas.

Turin, Italy
A4 Turin to Milan
The A4 Turin to Milan concession connects three counties in Northern Italy; Turin, Novara, and Milan and serves 5.5 million people in the region. The project scope included widening to include a third lane and carriageway in each direction, revision of tolls, and adaptation of highway configuration to accommodate high speed railway lines parallel to the highway. Recycled materials were used to extend the life and reduce the need for frequent maintenance interruptions. This DBFOM concession carries 105,000 vehicles per day across three lanes, a carriageway, and an emergency lane in both directions.

Rio De Janeiro, Brazil
Eco Ponte
Eco Ponte is the largest toll bridge in the southern hemisphere, connecting Rio de Janeiro with the rest of the countryside. It services a population of 16.6 million people and carries 150,000 vehicles per day with two lanes in each direction and one toll plaza. Recycled materials were used to minimize future maintenance work and extend the life of the project.
